Contemplating The World
As I reflect on my professional life to date, it has been revealed to me that all of my positions and work have been relating to improving business perfromance and using a Value and Customer Centric business philosophy to do so. I have been so fortunate to have gotten the chance to work all over the world with some great companies and to have worked with, led and learned from so many people from Ireland, to Mexico, USA, China, India, Malaysia, Eastern Europe and many more places.
I am now dedicating my efforts with a select few like minded people to codifying some of the lessons that I have learned around Value such that we can help multiple stakeholders.
One anchor of my thinking is that if Value does not flow in a balanced and sustainable manner then an organization will not prosper and neither will it’s people or business partners.
